It all started when I was 18.

I was leading a group of teenagers at a church in São Paulo, where I created activities focused on belonging, dialogue, and the way we tell stories — in that case, biblical stories. It was a way of supporting young people from different backgrounds and, in some way, reaching beyond.

Later, while working at the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo, I gained a clearer understanding of my personal and professional vocation: supporting groups and individuals in vulnerable situations.

After completing my Law degree, my Master’s in Humanitarian Action, Cooperation and Development gave me the tools and a deeper understanding of how to build initiatives with social impact. It also brought me to Portugal, more specifically to Porto.

Since then,

I have been involved in a range of projects, both voluntary and professional, in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, with a particular focus on the professional integration of migrants.

But my path does not stop there. I have worked with a design agency, public institutions, and in the finance department of a French company. I have lived in cities such as Nice and Brussels, and taken part in activities connected to the United Nations in New York.

And today?

I continue to work with diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
To create and tell stories that meet people where they are.
To navigate complexity through systems and concrete action.

Because ideas only matter when they are grounded in reality and sustained over time. And this is what keeps me reaching beyond.
